Description
Gbodo are large dried slices of whole tubers from Nigerian farms. The traditional process of sun-drying preserves yam’s robust flavor and starch content, perfect for pounding or blending into thick, doughy fufu.
Simply soak in water to rehydrate, then pound by hand or in a blender to achieve the desired smooth yet dense consistency. The fiber and resistant starch in gbodo support gut health.
