Our vibrant red palm oil is carefully extracted from the fruit of oil palm trees grown in the lush rainforests of Nigeria.
After harvesting the heavy fruit bunches, we press and filter the nutrient-rich oil in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
With its characteristic red-orange hue from abundant natural carotenoids, Nigerian palm oil has a smooth, creamy texture and flavor that’s perfect for frying, sautéing or stews.
It’s an excellent source of vitamins A and E, with no trans fats. Our palm oil retains more nutrients than highly processed versions as we use traditional small-batch methods instead of industrial refining and bleaching.
The robust smoky-sweet taste enhances the flavors of West African cuisine. Heat tolerant up to high temperatures, red palm oil is truly exceptional for cooking.
